Our company was established by experienced professionals of the construction industry in January, 2015 with the name TOTALHAUSE HUNGARY Co. Ltd. These professionals are having references meeting the demands of the recent, up-to-date infrastructure as well as representing also the future.

Our main sphere of activity is general contracting, our profile includes - among others - general contracting of interior design, dry construction works, hot and cold coating and complete surface development. Economic and technical management is performed with the personal participation of the owner, who is working on the basis of 25 years of construction experience of the family. Technical management is carried out by well-prepared, experienced engineers helped by technicians and foremen. Our engineers are having the licences demanded by the legal regulations, e.g.: responsibility for technical management, membership in designers' directory, right for technical inspection. Office work and administration tasks are performed by accountants; our complete registration system is computer-based. The legal background of our company's operation is fulfilled by continuous coordination of a law firm of Budapest. Should the size of our works demand we perform construction together with excellently prepared subcontractors having top level references as per the market requirements. We are developing our tools and machinery continuously and we keep the new technologies up to date. We always endeavour to applying technologies with the lowest material and energy consumption, with due attention to the maximum quality.
